Driven by our passion for rural development, our mission is to provide accessible and inclusive financial services that enable entrepreneurship, enhance livelihoods, and foster sustainable growth in rural areas.
Commenced operations with its first branch in August 2021 and has rapidly expanded across six states, serving low-income households through customised microfinance solutions.
Currently operating across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, and Assam, with planned expansion into Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh.
Focused on supporting women-led enterprises by providing accessible business loans for income generation, working capital requirements, and entrepreneurial aspirations.
Built a responsible lending model centred on prudent risk assessment, customer repayment capacity, and sustainable portfolio growth, while leveraging technology-enabled processes and field-led customer engagement.

Mr. Sadaf Sayeed
Advisory Board Member
He brings extensive expertise in retail lending, credit administration, risk management and financial management, and has previously held leadership roles with Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, Indiabulls Financial Services, Satin Creditcare Network Limited, HDFC Bank and GE Money. Mr. Sayeed is a founding member of the Kerala Association of Microfinance Institutions (KAMFI) and currently serves as Co-Chair of Sa-Dhan. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Dr. Anand Shrivastav
Advisory Board Member
He brings over four decades of diverse experience across nutrition, consumer products, genetics, financial services and telecommunications. A Harvard-educated professional with a Ph.D. in Strategy on Financial Inclusion, he has held several influential positions, including Member of the Reserve Bank of India’s Financial Inclusion Advisory Committee, Member of the World Bank’s Responsible Finance Forum, Founder Chairman of the Business Correspondent Federation of India (BCFI), and Governing Council Member of the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSISSC). He serves on the boards of Intercorp Biotech, Genesis Biogen, Skingene and SEED, and has previously advised SIDBI’s PSIG Technical Advisory Committee.

Mr. Avinash Kumar
Director & Chief Operations Officer
A seasoned banking and financial services professional, he serves as the COO of DJT Microfinance and brings over 25 years of rich industry experience. An MBA from FMS Delhi, he has held leadership positions across reputed institutions, including Fullerton India Credit, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SREI BNP Paribas, IDFC Bank, and Religare Finvest. His expertise spans business expansion, operational excellence, credit risk management, and process optimisation, enabling the organisation to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and asset quality.

Mr. Manjinder Singh
Director
He oversees the Company’s finance function and brings over 24 years of extensive experience in banking, corporate finance, and financial management. Prior to joining DJT Microfinance, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Maccaferri India, where he spearheaded financial planning, treasury management, and strategic cost optimisation initiatives. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading organisations such as Hughes Communications, Honeywell Automation, and J.K. Industries.

Mr. Maneesh Prasad

He brings extensive experience in infrastructure development, project management, and operational leadership. With a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering, he has held key positions with organisations such as NPCC and Rental Stay Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully managed large-scale infrastructure and operational projects. At DJT Microfinance, he plays a pivotal role in driving branch expansion, strengthening operational controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing execution efficiency across the organisation. His expertise in managing complex operations and scaling business infrastructure continues to support the Company’s growth and expansion objectives.
